Since 1987, third-generation restauranteur, James Kokas' Opus One has been creating a one of a kind dining experience using original recipes with the freshest of ingredients. Opus One has many specialty dishes including whole sautéed Dover Sole, pan seared Chilean Sea Bass, rack of New Zealand Lamb A la Greque, and its famous Shrimp Helene just to name a few.
Opus One is open for lunch Tuesday thru Friday and dinner is served every evening including Sunday when brunch is also served.
